We are seeking a Lead Diesel Mechanic (Shop Foreman) in Jackson, MS, to take the lead in overseeing our maintenance operations. In this role, you will ensure our fleet operates safely and efficiently while applying your expertise to mentor team members. You will play a key part in supporting reliable transportation for the Jackson community, making a lasting impact on the students and families we serve.
As a Shop Foreman, you will schedule and perform school bus fleet maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems, and maintain service records. You will supervise technicians in the shop, generate work orders, track progress through completion, and monitor shop operational performance to drive efficiency improvements.
