About the Role
As a Customer Experience Guide, you will play a key role in supporting all Customer Experience and Sales initiatives while ensuring smooth store and inventory operations. This position requires a genuine passion for cannabis, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong understanding of compliance and product knowledge.
You will engage with customers on the sales floor, answering questions and recommending products based on their unique needs and preferences. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional and educational customer experience that aligns with Embarc's brand standards. Beyond the sales floor, you will support store sales goals by promoting products and loyalty programs, and participate in community engagement, field marketing, social media, and local events to represent the Embarc brand.
This is a full-time, non-exempt role in a retail store open 365 days a year. The position requires flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business needs.
