About the Role

As the Sales and Operations Manager, you will serve as the full-time leader for our dispensary, overseeing the intersection of customer experience, sales initiatives, and daily store operations. This role exists to drive business results through exceptional service, strong team leadership, and strict adherence to company policies and state regulations.

In this position, you will manage the front-of-house team to exceed sales goals while championing brand education and product knowledge. Your day will involve engaging directly with customers on the sales floor, analyzing performance metrics, and executing visual merchandising standards. You will also lead community engagement efforts and manage customer reviews across all platforms. Beyond the sales floor, you will ensure operational efficiency by supervising opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and facility maintenance.

Leadership is at the core of this role. You will mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability, acting as the key bridge between store management and staff. You will be expected to utilize critical problem-solving skills to navigate the fast-paced retail environment, champion change, and ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement governing hourly team members.
