About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and organized leader to serve as the General Manager for our newest dispensary in San Pablo. In this role, you will act as the business owner of your location, overseeing store operations, team leadership, and the customer experience. You will be the key point of contact between global leadership and store staff, championing change and making critical decisions to drive efficiency and profitability.

Your day will involve supervising daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations, reviewing Profit and Loss statements, and building schedules that meet labor targets. You will mentor and coach team members, actively recruit talent, and ensure strict adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Beyond operations, you will lead the front-of-house team to create exceptional customer experiences, engage directly with shoppers on the sales floor, and drive community engagement through events and marketing initiatives.
