About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Program Manager for our Fort Myers and Naples area to join our people-first culture. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fun, collaborative environment and value a robust benefits package. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of assigned locations, ensuring the day-to-day success of your staff through training, development, and performance management.

You will partner with retail store personnel and management to drive partnerships while building brand and process awareness. This is a dynamic position that requires regularly working weekends and daily travel to a selection of retail stores. You will oversee 11+ retail stores, recruit and manage a staff of 8-20 employees, and create marketing displays to drive revenue.
