About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and organized leader to join us as a temporary Assistant General Manager for our summer events season. This role is designed to support our operations at key events, including the California State Fair, while working closely with Embarc staff.\n As the Assistant General Manager, you will oversee store operations, team leadership, and the customer experience. You will act as a key point of contact between global and store staff, utilizing critical problem-solving skills to make decisions that drive the store forward. This position requires a champion of change who can mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and accountability. You will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with company policies, state regulations, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement governing hourly team members.
Employment Details
This is a temporary position employed from July 1 through August 19. The role is based in a fast-paced retail environment where you will lead the front-of-house team to create exceptional experiences for customers and employees.
