About the Role
As a Floor Lead, you serve as the vital link between our team, our customers, and our compliance obligations. You will help navigate the complexities of cannabis sales, ensuring every transaction is secure, compliant, and exceptional. This role exists to maintain the steady flow of our store operations while building trusted relationships with everyone who walks through our doors.
You will be the face of our store, radiating positive energy and approachability. Whether managing the queue for curbside pickups, online orders, or walk-in customers, or guiding staff through daily tasks, your goal is to ensure a seamless experience. You will leverage your knowledge of our inventory to confidently educate employees and customers, helping them find the best options to meet their needs.
