About the Role

As our Sales and Operations Manager, you will serve as the full-time leader for our dispensary, overseeing the intersection of customer experience, sales initiatives, and daily store operations. This role exists to drive business results through strong leadership, community engagement, and strict adherence to company policies and state regulations.

In this position, you will manage the front-of-house team to exceed sales goals while ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Your day will involve engaging directly with customers on the sales floor, championing brand education, and analyzing metrics to optimize performance. You will also lead inventory operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all facility issues are resolved promptly to maintain a seamless shopping environment.

Beyond operations, you will be a key architect of our team culture. You will mentor and coach staff, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous learning. As a champion of change, you will utilize critical problem-solving skills to navigate the fast-paced retail landscape, ensuring our store remains compliant with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and all legal regulations.
