About the Role
As the Merchandising Manager for West Florida, you will lead, train, and develop a team of Merchandising Supervisors to support the achievement of territory sales goals. Based out of our Tampa, FL facility, you will oversee customer stores in Tampa, Fort Myers, Sarasota, and the greater surrounding areas.
In this role, you will directly manage a team of 5 Merchandising Supervisors, indirectly accountable for a staff of approximately 110 Merchandisers. You will ensure the execution of point-of-sale and pricing activities for KDP brands, including 7UP, Snapple, Core, and Bai, within retail stores. Your day-to-day involves fostering an environment that promotes personal development, managing labor costs and staffing targets, and driving company-wide product education initiatives. You will work closely with Grocery Managers, Account Management, and Reset Specialists to strengthen market and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective merchandising service frequencies and high levels of customer service.
