This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our core customer experience principles and philosophy. Your role extends beyond the register; you will maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external stakeholders. You will support a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. From accurately processing transactions and promoting loyalty programs to participating in store recovery and safety initiatives, you will play a vital part in the daily operations that keep our stores running smoothly. You will also be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store, allowing you to adapt to business needs and grow your skills across different functions.
