This position is responsible for the management of all employees and the effective planning and implementation of all store processes. You will serve as the leader who ensures the store is properly staffed, safe, and efficient. From opening and closing the store personally to evaluating operating statements and managing inventory, you will be the driving force behind the store's daily operations and financial integrity.
In this role, you will provide superior customer service leadership while maintaining a clean, well-organized, and secure working and shopping environment. You will act as a liaison between the corporate office and store employees, fostering cooperation and collaboration while ensuring compliance with federal labor laws and company policies. Your day will involve recruiting and training qualified staff, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying opportunities for business growth and expense control.
