About the Role
This position serves as a vital link in our daily operations, functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker while acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will be the face of our brand, providing exemplary customer service and ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our shoppers.
In this role, you will help maintain the store's visual standards by setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, stocking merchandise, and building displays. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks, from unloading trucks and organizing inventory to operating cash registers and managing customer interactions. You will also take on leadership responsibilities, such as authorizing refunds, monitoring cash levels, and ensuring strict adherence to security practices when the management team is unavailable. Ultimately, your efforts maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork while protecting company assets.
