This position serves as a vital link in our daily operations, functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker while acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will be instrumental in maintaining the store's visual standards by setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. The role is centered on providing exemplary customer service and performing duties necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, all while protecting company assets and reducing losses.
In the absence of leadership, you will take on critical responsibilities such as authorizing refunds, managing register accountability, and monitoring security cameras to ensure a safe environment for both employees and shoppers.
