About the Role
In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining the store's visual standards by setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, building merchandise displays, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and faced. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks, from unloading trucks and organizing the stockroom to assisting customers in locating items and processing transactions at the register. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential to maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.
