This position serves as a vital link in our daily operations, functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker while acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will be the face of the store, greeting customers as they enter and providing exemplary service by assisting them in locating merchandise. Your day will involve maintaining the store's visual appeal by setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, stocking merchandise, and building displays. Beyond the sales floor, you will ensure a safe and secure environment by managing inventory, handling cash, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. In leadership moments, you will authorize refunds, monitor cash levels, and oversee security protocols to protect company assets.
