About the Role
This position serves as a vital link in our daily operations, functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker while acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will be the face of the store, providing exemplary customer service and ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our neighbors.
In this role, you will help maintain the store's efficiency and profitability by executing key operational tasks. From unloading trucks and stocking merchandise to maintaining plan-o-grams and managing the front end, your efforts ensure that our shelves are full and our customers are happy. You will also play a critical role in asset protection and loss prevention, following strict company policies and procedures to safeguard our resources. Whether you are greeting customers, managing the register, or keeping the store clean and organized, your work directly impacts the community we serve.

Requirements
