This position serves as a vital link in our daily operations, functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker while acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will be the face of our brand, providing exemplary customer service and ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our shoppers.
Your day will be dynamic, blending physical activity with community interaction. You will unload trucks, receive merchandise, and build displays that bring our value proposition to life on the shelves. Beyond stocking, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's presentation, from plan-o-grams to clean restrooms and organized stockrooms. When the store is open, you will greet customers, assist them in finding products, and process transactions with accuracy and speed. In the absence of leadership, you will step up to manage cash accountability, authorize overrides, and ensure the store opens and closes smoothly. This role is about more than just tasks; it is about protecting company assets, maximizing profitability, and fostering a spirit of teamwork.
