About the Role
This position serves as a vital link in our daily operations, functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker while acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will be instrumental in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will provide exemplary customer service, performing duties necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork while protecting company assets. From greeting customers and assisting them in locating merchandise to managing the register and maintaining a clean, safe environment, your efforts directly impact the shopper experience. You will also play a key role in the back-of-house operations, including unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store is ready for business.
