About the Role
This position serves as the Store Manager for a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working directly with Spirit Halloween merchandise and brand standards, please note that Spirit Halloween is not your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator of this specific location, who holds sole responsibility for your employment, wages, and benefits.
As the Store Manager, you will oversee and be accountable for the total operation of the store. Your mission is to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining high Guest Services standards while strictly controlling expenses. You will manage the full lifecycle of the seasonal store, including shrink prevention, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the physical setup, pack-up, and teardown of the location.
Physical Requirements
This role is highly active and requires the ability to work 8+ hours per day on your feet. Daily tasks include standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Application Process

If hired, the consignment operator will be solely responsible for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures established by the consignment operator.
