About the Role

This position is dedicated to delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles and philosophy while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role involves engaging and interacting with all customers, adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and supporting the business by being cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store as needed.

You will be a vital part of our vibrant team, modeling established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers. By promoting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere. From accurately processing purchases and returns to maintaining merchandising standards and participating in store recovery, your contributions ensure the store runs smoothly and safely.
