About the Role
Garan is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead the design and execution of seasonal collections for Girls Toddler through Kids (Size 7). This role is designed for a hands-on creative leader who possesses strong girls' design expertise and a bias toward execution in a fast-paced, value-driven environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong aesthetic judgment and operational fluency, capable of translating trend and concept into commercial, age-appropriate product. You will serve as the bridge between creative vision and production reality, ensuring that every style, print, and embellishment aligns with the brand's identity while meeting strict cost targets and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOwn the design process from concept through production for Girls Toddler–Kids (Size 7)
- check_circleDevelop cohesive seasonal collections aligned with merchandising strategy and cost targets
- check_circleDesign age‑appropriate styles, prints, graphics, and embellishments with a mix‑and‑match sensibility
- check_circleLead seasonal trend research and translate insights into commercially viable design direction
- check_circlePartner with Merchandising, Product Development, and Production to ensure design intent and feasibility
- check_circleReview and approve sketches, CADs, artwork, lab dips, strike‑offs, and samples with timely feedback
- check_circleManage multiple seasons and overlapping calendars with accuracy and urgency
- check_circleProvide execution leadership and day‑to‑day creative direction to the team
- check_circleMentor and guide junior designers and graphic partners as applicable
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- verified7+ years of girls' apparel design experience
- verifiedAdvanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- verifiedCAD proficiency required
- verifiedExperience with PLM systems (Be Product or comparable)
Nice to Have
Experience with Miro. Experience with 3D and/or AI-assisted design tools.
