The Retail Art Director supports the execution of Altra Running's brand across retail environments. This role is focused on bringing established creative direction to life through in-store and physical experiences, ensuring all retail touchpoints are clear, consistent, and visually compelling.
Working closely with the Creative Director, Associate Creative Directors, and retail marketing teams, you will assist in developing and producing retail assets from concept support through final production. You will play a key role in translating brand direction into real-world retail applications while learning how to think through the full shopper experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead projects with a high standard of craft, detail, and quality, ensuring assets work cohesively across the full shopper journey.
Hiring Range: $82,080.00 - $102,600.00 USD annually.
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details regarding additional compensation eligibility will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
