About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Designer to lead the execution of all visual assets across marketing and product. This role is the guardian of our visual identity, ensuring that every email, SMS campaign, website graphic, and apparel print reflects the Eleven Eleven aesthetic.
You will own the creation of core brand assets, working directly with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to ensure all outputs are cohesive. This is a highly execution-focused position that requires strong taste, an eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work consistently. You will balance the speed of campaign launches with the precision required for production-ready apparel graphics.
Location
To collaborate effectively with our team, this role must be based in Nashville, TN, or the candidate must be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or similar platforms
- check_circleCreate SMS graphics, promotional assets, and campaign visuals
- check_circleDevelop website graphics including banners, landing pages, and product storytelling elements
- check_circleDesign apparel graphics including prints, placements, and supporting artwork
- check_circlePrepare production-ready files for product graphics and collaborate with Product Development
- check_circleMaintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all outputs
- check_circleManage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- check_circleCollaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align visual outputs with brand initiatives
Requirements
- verified2–5+ years of experience in graphic design or brand design
- verifiedProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
- verifiedExperience designing for email, web, and marketing assets
- verifiedMust be based in Nashville, TN or willing to relocate
- verifiedPortfolio required
