This role is dedicated to executing the creation of trend-forward graphic applications that elevate the brand and resonate deeply with consumers. As a Graphic Designer, you will translate creative concepts into compelling graphic collections that reflect the brand's identity, speaking directly to athletes and consumers alike. Beyond product design, this function supports and maintains identity work across football and dugout teams and partners, ensuring a cohesive visual language throughout the ecosystem.
You will serve as a bridge between creative vision and commercial reality. Your day-to-day involves developing creative solutions for assigned categories while implementing seasonal design direction and brand language into product ranges. You will visualize concepts through mood boards, renderings, and digital assets, creating 2D and 3D tech packs that include sketches, fabric/trim specs, and artwork.
Collaboration is central to this position. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Development, and Materials teams to ensure design feasibility, meet cost targets, and adhere to timelines. By conducting market and trend research, you will apply insights to inform design decisions and future collections. Your goal is to ensure brand consistency while pushing boundaries in silhouette, material, and graphic application, partnering in identity design, development, and strategy.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration across a wide network of internal and external partners. You will engage with Design, Product Marketing, Brand Communications, Development, Creative Direction, Innovation, and the Creation Center in Portland. You will also partner with Originals in LA, NCAA partners, and Sports Marketing teams to align on strategic goals and creative execution.
