The Health Education Resource Office (HERO) serves as a central hub for University of Kansas student wellness. This student marketing position is designed to assist the Communications Coordinators in promoting health-related services, programs, and events. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to apply creativity and design skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will be responsible for creating print and digital materials, developing social media messages, and suggesting new tactics to engage college students with emerging trends.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with the Watkins Health Center Customer Experience Plan, ensuring positive interactions with both internal and external customers. You will also work with confidential information, requiring strict adherence to state and federal laws and university policies regarding data privacy and disclosure.
