About the Role

This position is dedicated to delivering a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and leading effective front-end operations. You will serve as a key leader in maintaining store recovery standards to ensure we deliver on our Brand Promises. The role focuses on leading omnichannel processes and ensuring the seamless execution of company programs.

As a Manager on Duty (MOD), you will partner with the Store Manager to uphold Standard Operating Procedures and company policies. Your day will involve coaching the customer experience team, from the sales floor to the cashier, to achieve results while fostering a positive, respectful environment even in challenging situations. You will act as a role model for the organization's vision, acknowledging customers, helping them locate products, and providing solutions. Additionally, you will play a hands-on role in truck unloading, stocking, and, in select locations, leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions.
