This pivotal leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth and fostering a high-performing sales team within a retail showroom with targets ranging from $5M to $8M annually. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will execute personal and store sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals while consistently upholding the company's ethos of prioritizing people, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional products.
In this position, you will champion the delivery of a branded customer experience, ensuring that store layout, product presentation, and employee interactions align with brand guidelines. You will develop comprehensive expertise in the full product catalog to deliver personalized styling guidance and tailored recommendations that align with each customer's unique needs. Your day-to-day involves building a motivated and cohesive team through recruitment, training, and mentorship, while resolving customer concerns to ensure efficient sales operations.
