About the Role
This position leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location, serving as a key ambassador for the Goodwill mission within the community. You will assist in leading the production room and act as a key holder, closing shift manager, and backup to the Store Manager. The role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where team strength and success are valued. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, driving company culture change, and ensuring the store reflects the Goodwill brand appropriately. This role requires flexibility, as you may need to travel to other GCNA locations to assist with business needs or attend training and development classes.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
