About the Role
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Your role is pivotal in ensuring maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving any customer concerns while staying up-to-date with product features.
You will be tasked with achieving excellent customer service standards while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. This involves building productive trust relationships with customers, maintaining precise work order files, and ensuring the high quality and visual standards of the products and store are upheld.
Location and Safety
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #2186, located at 5001 66th St, St Petersburg, FL 33709.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, and reputation, as well as to ensure the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
