Customer Service Specialists are the heartbeat of our retail stores, serving as the essential link between our brand and our wholesale and retail customers. This position is designed for individuals who thrive on building productive trust relationships while ensuring maximum client satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to determine their unique needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions to meet their projects.
Beyond sales, you will be the first line of defense in resolving customer concerns promptly. The role requires a dynamic presence on the sales floor, where you will maintain high quality and visual standards, keep assigned areas in-stock and presentable, and ensure the store operates smoothly. Whether you are assisting customers in person or over the phone, processing transactions, or mixing products to customer specifications, your goal is to consistently meet the store's sales goals while delivering an exceptional experience.
