About the Role
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
The selected individual will be expected to work at Store #701035, located at 14711 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, OH 44107. This is a part-time position with a hiring rate of $13.75/hr.
Safety and Security
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Because such access may be supervised or unsupervised, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

Requirements

- verifiedAt least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service preferred
- verifiedPrevious experience selling paint and paint-related products preferred
- verifiedPrevious experience operating tinting and mixing equipment preferred
- verifiedAbility to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language preferred
- verifiedAbility to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish preferred
Nice to Have
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products. Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
