About the Role
The Route Service Delivery Driver is a highly interactive role at the heart of our distribution network. You will serve as the face of Primo Brands, providing premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail clients while driving growth through upselling and account management. This position is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing the responsibilities of operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) with delivering exceptional, face-to-face sales experiences.
In this role, you will manage account information, ensure the correct products are delivered to the right location within scheduled timeframes, and provide professional water dispenser cleaning services. You will work independently and efficiently, adapting to variable start times (typically between 6 am and 7 am) and completing your workload as it arises. The role requires a strong safety focus, adherence to DOT regulations, and the ability to interact professionally with customers in a variety of settings and weather conditions.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this position will be expected to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with an airbrake endorsement. Primo Brands can assist with obtaining this certification where available. The hiring process includes verifying a clean driving record (no major offenses in the last 3 years, limited moving violations) and obtaining a DOT medical card. Successful candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
