About the Role
As a Route Service Delivery Driver, you will be the face of Primo Brands, delivering premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail accounts. This role is designed to accelerate growth through direct engagement and upselling while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV). You will manage account information, maintain professional relationships, and provide value-added services such as water dispenser cleaning. The position is highly interactive, requiring you to work independently in various weather conditions while adhering to strict safety and quality processes.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve inquiries. The application process involves verifying your ability to secure and maintain a CDL Class B with an airbrake endorsement (Primo Brands can assist with obtaining this where available) and confirming your eligibility for a DOT medical card. We review driving records to ensure a clean history consistent with DOT requirements before moving forward.

Requirements
