About the Role

As an Executive Store Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner to the Store Manager, ensuring the seamless operation of the pharmacy and retail store. This role is designed to support the Store Manager in achieving company deliverables while preparing you for future leadership opportunities. You will assume full responsibility for all store activities in the Store Manager's absence, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

Your day-to-day involves leading a diverse team of customer service associates and designated hitters. You will foster a culture of accountability and engagement, managing recruitment, hiring, and performance development. From resolving complex customer complaints to analyzing financial data for strategic decision-making, you will be the face of the store, ensuring every customer and patient receives a positive, loyalty-building experience.

Hiring Process & Application

Candidates must be willing to complete the Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of starting. Benefits & Compensation
