Customer Service Specialists are the heartbeat of our retail stores, serving as the essential link between our brand and our wholesale and retail customers. This position is designed for individuals who thrive on building productive trust relationships while ensuring maximum client satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to determine their unique needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions to meet their projects.
Your day-to-day involves more than just processing transactions; you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our store. From tinting and mixing products to customer specifications to assisting with deliveries, you will play a vital role in achieving the store's sales goals while keeping the environment safe and presentable.
This role involves direct contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and merchandise of value. To protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary for all candidates in this position.
