Customer Service Specialists are essential to the success of our retail stores, serving as the primary point of contact for both wholesale and retail customers. In this role, you will work closely with clients to determine their specific needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Your day-to-day involves resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store.
You will be expected to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. This position requires building productive trust relationships with customers, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining precise work order files and formulas. The role also involves physical tasks such as pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse, tinting and mixing products to customer specifications, stocking shelves, and assisting with deliveries as needed.
This position is based at Store #3190 located at 1504 Refset Drive, Janesville, WI 53545. The role is shared 20% of the time with Beloit Store 3921. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $18.00. Schedule requirements may include evenings and weekends.

High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products. Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
