About the Role
Customer Service Specialists are the heartbeat of our retail stores, essential to the success of our operations at Store #1327 in Grand Haven, MI. This position serves as the primary bridge between our wholesale and retail customers and the comprehensive solutions Sherwin-Williams offers. You will work closely with clients to determine their specific needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Beyond direct customer interaction, this role requires you to stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the store. You will be tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. The day-to-day environment involves a dynamic mix of in-person and phone support, product mixing, inventory management, and occasional delivery assistance.
