As a Store Consultant, you are the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to our shoppers, utilizing your expertise in print, signs & graphics, and shipping to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping customers navigate complex projects with confidence.
Your day-to-day involves more than just processing transactions; you will coordinate store activities, manage production queues, and operate a wide variety of printing and shipping equipment. Whether you are assembling parcels, weighing packages, or guiding a customer through a custom design project, your goal is to ensure every interaction is resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly store environment while supporting team members and training new hires.
Quality Driven Management is at the heart of our operations. We strive to deliver market-leading customer experiences and business excellence through a culture that applies "Quality science" to our day-to-day activities. As a Store Consultant, you will be encouraged to suggest improvements to internal processes, work with management to reduce waste, and apply quality concepts to optimize profitability.
