About the Role
The Store Consultant is the face of our retail location, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. In this customer-service focused role, you will leverage your knowledge of our print, signs & graphics, and shipping services to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey, from taking complex orders and providing accurate pricing to coordinating store activities and recommending the right FedEx Office products and services.
Your day will involve operating a wide variety of equipment, managing the production queue, and handling complex projects. You will ensure the store remains a safe, clean, and orderly environment while maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and handling financial transactions with precision. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborate with team members to uphold our standards of excellence.

Requirements
