The Store Consultant is the face of our retail location, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. In this customer service-focused role, you will leverage your knowledge of our print, signs & graphics, and shipping services to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex orders and ensuring their satisfaction from start to finish.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of front-of-house engagement and back-of-house operations. You will take complex orders, manage the production queue, and operate a wide variety of printing and shipping equipment. From assembling parcels and weighing packages to managing retail supplies and maintaining a safe, clean environment, you will ensure the store runs smoothly. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
