As a Store Consultant, you are the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. This role goes beyond simple transactions; you will anticipate customer needs, suggest tailored alternatives, and provide comprehensive solutions across our print, signs & graphics, and shipping services. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to our customers, guiding them through complex projects and ensuring their unique requirements are met with precision and care.
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will manage the entire customer journey—from taking complex orders and providing accurate pricing to assembling parcels and operating advanced printing equipment. Your day will involve coordinating store activities, managing production queues, and maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly workspace. Whether you are wrapping items for shipping, handling financial transactions, or assisting team members, your goal is to resolve customer problems quickly and ensure satisfaction.
