About the Role

As a Store Consultant, you are the face of our customer experience, dedicated to delivering positive interactions through consultative expertise. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to every visitor, guiding them through our diverse range of services including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping. Your mission is to anticipate customer needs, suggest tailored alternatives, and provide effective solutions that meet their unique requirements.

In this customer-focused environment, you will manage the entire order lifecycle—from taking complex orders and providing accurate pricing to coordinating store activities and managing production queues. You will operate a wide variety of equipment, handle materials, and ensure that every parcel is prepared with care. Beyond technical operations, you will foster a safe, clean, and orderly retail space while maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and ensuring the highest standards of service.
