About the Role
This position is designed to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment with a specific focus on floor care. You will be the face of our operational standards, ensuring that every area—from the sales floor to the backroom and restrooms—reflects our commitment to quality and safety.
In this role, you will operate scrubbers and buffers, perform dust and damp mopping, sweep, vacuum, and spot clean glass and windows. Beyond floor care, you will cross-train across multiple store areas, including the backroom, front end, and sales floor, to support the dynamic needs of the business. You will model our customer experience practices, responding to changes in direction and unexpected situations with agility.
Your day will be defined by a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will uphold health and safety standards, manage merchandise and loss prevention controls, and communicate effectively with management and associates.
