About the Role
This position is designed for a dedicated team member responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a specific focus on floor care. You will be the guardian of the store's presentation, ensuring that the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms meet the highest standards of organizational and cleanliness recovery. Your day will involve operating scrubbers and buffers, as well as performing dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
Beyond floor care, you will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's fluctuating needs. This includes responding to Front End coverage requirements and participating in store recovery throughout the day. You will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, embodying a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. By adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, you help create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
