About the Role
This position is designed for a colleague dedicated to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. You will be the guardian of floor care, operating scrubbers and buffers while ensuring the entire store—from the sales floor and single queue to the backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms—meets our high standards for cleanliness and organization.
Beyond cleaning, you will be a versatile team member cross-trained to support the business across multiple areas, including the front end and sales floor. You will model our customer experience practices, responding to coverage needs and participating in store recovery throughout the day. By upholding operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, you help create a safe and positive culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect.
