About the Role
This position is designed to maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, serving as a vital support function for the entire TJ Maxx location. You will be the guardian of the store's presentation, ensuring that the sales floor, backroom, restrooms, and associate lounges meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Your day-to-day involves operating floor care equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, as well as performing dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning. Beyond floor care, you will cross-train across multiple store areas—including the Front End, Backroom, and Sales Floor—to support business needs and ensure seamless operations. You will also model our customer experience practices, upholding merchandising philosophies and signage standards while adhering to all health, safety, and loss prevention protocols.
