About the Role
As a Team Member in Operations, you will be the face of our plazas, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for travelers. Your day will involve engaging in positive interactions with customers, operating point-of-sale systems, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. You will play a vital role in preparing and serving quality food, stocking inventory, and actively cross-selling products to meet the diverse needs of our guests.
Please note that Team Members hired during peak business periods (April 1st through September 30th) will be classified as Seasonal employees. Seasonal staff are eligible for specific benefits including Flex (Sick Time), Earned Wage Access, the Employee Referral Bonus, and a Meal Discount.
