About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete their job duties, and adhere to all brand standards and food safety requirements. This role is pivotal in assisting with the training of newly hired team members and monitoring compliance with cash handling policies and procedures. You will be the face of the plaza, engaging in positive interactions with travelers, resolving complaints, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment through opening, daily, and closing procedures.
