As a Team Member in Operations, you will be the face of our plazas, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for every traveler. Your day will involve engaging in positive interactions with guests, operating point-of-sale systems, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. You will play a key role in preparing and serving quality food, stocking inventory, and actively cross-selling products to enhance the customer journey.
Team Members hired during peak business periods (April 1st through September 30th) will be hired as Seasonal employees. Seasonal eligibility for benefits is limited to Flex (Sick Time), Earned Wage Access, the Employee Referral Bonus, and the Meal Discount.
