About the Role
This position is dedicated to creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. You will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Whether you are seeking a part-time position or a new career path, this role offers a fresh opportunity to become part of our Fry's family.\n In this role, you will be the face of the store, actively greeting, engaging, and assisting customers to make them feel welcome, important, and appreciated. You will process transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to company policies and food safety regulations. The role requires the ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner while acting with honesty and integrity.

- check_circleReport pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator
- check_circleFollow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons
- check_circleAdhere to all food safety regulations and company guidelines
- check_circleIdentify unsafe conditions and notify store management
- check_circleAnswer customer questions regarding products sold in the store
- check_circleManage conflict in a reasonable and nonconfrontational manner
- check_circleProvide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- check_circleHandle various payment tenders including cash, checks, credit, and SNAP EBT
- check_circleInspect equipment and report items needing repair

Requirements
